The Yoga Centre runs Introductory Iyengar Yoga courses that are ongoing throughout the year.

If you are new to The Yoga Centre, choose a course that you can attend regularly. Regular attendance will develop your understanding of the foundation poses so that you can start to receive the benefits of regular yoga practice.

Introductory courses run for 5 weeks in line with the general terms at the school.
