2025 Nambucca Retreat - 5 days

Sunday 26 - Friday 31st October 25 This retreat will begin on Sunday afternoon 4-6pm Daily practice each day 7am- 9.30 4-6pm The retreat finishes Friday at 9.30am after the morning session. This is the fourth year Nambucca has welcomed us. Always people come away rested and enriched -by the yoga, the place and especially the company. Schedule: Each morning there is a sitting/meditation practice, followed by a two-hour asana class. 7-9.30am In the afternoons there is practice and an hour for engagement with each other- A working group. Accommodation: Cabins or camping are available. All are within the beautiful surroundings, with space abounding. Cabins are be reserved ionce you have enrolled in the retreat with a deposit.
