A class (led by senior teacher Caroline Coggins) that will help you to achieve mental, physical and spiritual stability as well as strength. We use props to help students experience the full benefits of asana and pranayama. Suitable for students with some experience. It is recommended you have a block, a strap, a bolster, a chair and two blankets available.
