Arriving Saturday evening for a Sunday morning start Full Retreat: 6 days Sunday 10th November (10am) - Friday 15th November (5pm) 3-day Retreat Sunday 10th November (10am) - Tuesday 12th November (5pm) About: This is the third year Nambucca has welcomed us. Always people come away rested and enriched -by the yoga, the place and especially the company. Schedule: Each morning there is a sitting/meditation practice, followed by a two-hour asana class. 7-9.30am In the afternoons there is practice and an hour for engagement with each other- A working group. Accommodation: Cabins or camping are available. All are within the beautiful surroundings, with space abounding. Cabins are reserved in my name, and are are welcome to book once you have reserved your place online.
