Privacy Policy
  • We respect your privacy, but please be aware that online classes are recorded. Should you wish to participate anonymously, please advise Caroline prior to class.

  • The Yoga Centre collects your private information for the purposes of taking bookings. We do not use, sell, or pass on any of your confidential details to other parties. The information gathered is used to allow us to teach in a safe manner, and facilitate your attendance at the event. 

 
Class Cancellation Policy
  • Classes can be cancelled an hour before the start. Alternatively, they can be attended in your own time with a video link. ​

10 Class Pass Policy
  • A 4-week block passes expire once the 4-week block has finished. It can be started as soon as you purchase.

  • Passes can be purchased on the website.

  • Bookings for classes are made on the website.

  • One student per pass. Passes are not transferable and cannot be shared between students.

  • Students will be notified of any class cancellations via email.

  • There is no refund or exchange possible on class passes

  • Unused classes on a class pass cannot be carried forward after the expiry date.

  • In case of exceptional circumstances, please contact Caroline to discuss your situation and make alternative arrangements.

Monthly Pass Policy

  • The monthly pass lets you come to all of the classes offered if they are appropriate for your level. The pass also gives you access to videos. The amount is debited each month from your specified account. Plan holders can cancel their plan at any time. If the Yoga Centre takes abreak from holding classes, the monthly plans will be suspended for the period of the break.

 
Retreat Cancellation Policy
  • Retreat costs include yoga tuition and room hire.  Food and accommodation costs are additional unless otherwise specified. 

  • A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to hold your place at the Retreat.

  • To enrol you will need to go to the website and fill in an application form. When it is confirmed you can attend please pay the deposit or the full amount. Booking accommodation is not adequate enrolment. The full fee needs to be paid by the due date.

  • Students must give three weeks notice if they are no longer able to attend the Retreat.

  • If you need to cancel there will be a  20% administration fee deducted from the credit provided to use for another Retreat. Three weeks notice (at the very least) is required for the credit.

  • No refunds or credits will be provided if cancellation notification is given within three weeks of the start of the Retreat.

  • If a Retreat needs to be cancelled due to Covid/travel restrictions, a credit will be provided.

  • Please bring your own equipment to the Retreat. If there is shared equipment used it will need to be sanitised after use.

 

Teacher Mentoring - Cancellation Policy

  • The mentoring program is a year-long commitment. Full payment can be made once you are accepted. If you have financial constraints the deposit and part payments will be automatically taken from your account at the specified times. There is also a monthly adoption. 
    If you need to withdraw, a credit will be given to return the following year minus 20 %.
    It is an honour system. I am not charging more for part payments.  Please think carefully before committing to the program and be aware that it is not a "come and see' program. I am appealing to dedicated practitioners who wish to learn, study and participate, and enter into a respectful relationship with me.
