Terms & Privacy

We respect your privacy, but please be aware that online classes are recorded. Should you wish to participate anonymously, please advise Caroline prior to class.
The Yoga Centre collects your private information for the purposes of taking bookings. We do not use, sell, or pass on any of your confidential details to other parties. The information gathered is used to allow us to teach in a safe manner, and facilitate your attendance at the event.

Online class attendance can be canceled up to one hour before the start with an exchange for another class. If you cannot attend a class and have not canceled within this time frame, you will forfeit the payment.
Students will be notified of any class cancellations via email.

In-person class / workshop / intensive bookings cancelled within two weeks of the event start date will not be refunded.
In-person class / workshop / intensive bookings cancelled up to two weeks prior to the event start date will incur a 20% administration fee.

5 Class Passes are valid for twelve months and provide a discount on the regular class price
One student per pass. Passes are not transferable and cannot be shared between students.
There is no refund or exchange possible on class passes.
Please don't ask - unused classes on a class pass cannot be carried forward after the expiry date.

Monthly Video Access Pass Policy

The monthly pass provides unlimited access to videos. Plan holders can cancel their plan at any time.

Retreat costs include yoga tuition and room hire. Accommodation and food costs are additional, to be arranged and paid for by you, unless otherwise specified.
Booking accommodation is directly with the accommodation provider and does not secure a place on the Retreat.
To enroll you will need to complete the booking form application and pay either a deposit or the full amount.
The full fee needs to be paid by the due date.
Students must give four weeks' notice if they are no longer able to attend the Retreat to receive a refund.
If you cancel within this time, the deposit amount or 20% of the full fee will be deducted from the refund.
No refunds or credits will be provided if cancellation notification is given within four weeks of the start of the Retreat.
If a Retreat needs to be canceled by Caroline due to Covid/travel restrictions or force majeure, a credit for another retreat will be provided.
Please bring your own equipment to the Retreat. If there is shared equipment used it will need to be sanitised after each use.

Teacher Mentoring - Cancellation Policy

The mentoring program is a year-long commitment. There are limited places available
Full payment can be made once you are accepted. Alternatively, the course can be paid with a deposit and fortnightly payment plan.
If you need to withdraw during the course, a credit will be given for an amount relative to the remainder of the course, minus a 50% administration fee.
Please think carefully before committing to the program and be aware that it is not a "come and see' program. The Mantoring Program is for dedicated practitioners who wish to learn, study, and participate, as well as enter into a respectful relationship with Caroline.
