A yoga mind takes time to develop. It requires  constancy and persistant application so  with time and care this mind becomes the way you live. A regular habit of retreating, with time away from schedules and commitments re calibrates our mind, giving perspecive, a bigger view of everything.  A retreat  gives you the pleasure of your own company, with silence and solitude. This is when we hear best.  Thus a chance to relish and live without the dysfuntion of always achieving, turning ourselves  and the world into a commodity, and so making ourselves small, while longing for the experience  of arriving, relishing- truely alive.
