Contemplative Retreat in the Desert

To go into the heart of our land, to sit in her centre, stretching ourselves into the silence outside - to find the silence within. We are surely held by the spirit of our place, that which is deep and abiding. We don't have the oldest living race by accident, we are part of something so profound. Let us enter the space and listen, in silence, quietening what so disturbs our own centre.... and become available, by yoga practice, silence, sitting and encouraging a tranquil heart; a relaxed body. There is accommodation available on-site and nearby. There are some single cabins and shared accommodation, as well as swag accommodation if you would like to bring your own. The deposit of $1000 holds your place. Please indicate your accommodation preference by choosing the appropriate desposit name below. There are limited spaces for each type and accommodation will be allocated in a first-in-best-dressed basis. To view where we will be going, please look up Campfire in the Heart. Alice Springs The cost options differ depending on accommodation choice and are inclusive of yoga, and food (all vegetarian meals), as well as accommodation. Upcoming Sessions
Retreat Policy Retreat costs include yoga tuition and room hire. Accommodation and food costs are additional, to be arranged and paid for by you, unless otherwise specified. Booking accommodation is directly with the accommodation provider and does not secure a place on the Retreat. To enroll you will need to complete the booking form application and pay either a deposit or the full amount. The full fee needs to be paid by the due date. Students must give four weeks' notice if they are no longer able to attend the Retreat to receive a refund. If you cancel within this time, the deposit amount or 20% of the full fee will be deducted from the refund. No refunds or credits will be provided if cancellation notification is given within four weeks of the start of the Retreat. If a Retreat needs to be canceled by Caroline due to Covid/travel restrictions or force majeure, a credit for another retreat will be provided. Please bring your own equipment to the Retreat. If there is shared equipment used it will need to be sanitised after each use. See Terms & Privacy for cancellation policies.
