Kincumber Reflective Yoga Retreat in July Sunday 21st - Friday 26th This is the regular winter retreat for 2024, set in a beautiful, gentle place full of spirit, offering time together and silent time alone. Location: St Josephs, Kincumber is a well-equipped retreat centre on the Central Coast of NSW. It is a contemplative place in silent surrounds. A place to feel enfolded, arriving home within and without disruption. Accommodation: All rooms are single and ensuite. All food is vegetarian. Schedule: We will start at 4pm on Sunday and conclude after breakfast on Friday. Our days will include 2 hrs in the morning and afternoon. • morning meditation • followed by asana class • afternoon restore • conversation Equipment: You will need to bring your own yoga equipment, mat, belt, 2 blocks, shoulder stand equipment, and chair if possible.
