About: A gathering in Northern Italy in September. Five days exploring yoga, silence, conversation, and readings to help with this yearning for understanding. A yoga practice is a way, a path, into what lies within and without. It is a mind-opener and a game-changer. However, you must learn how to do this. This gathering is a space with this as its intention. I am offering 5 days of practice, classes and learning, All within this wonderful place rich in culture and with a very different way of being. This surely must soften and relax our approach so we may lower ourselves gently into a different rhythm of being. It is time to claim the unfed essence to sink deep within. The days will consist of morning reflection/prayer/meditation followed by asana. In the afternoons there will be time for restorative practice and conversation. Interspersed will be journeys to local villages. Accommodation (which is extra) is very reasonable, either 25-30 Euros, either shared or single. All apartments have a kitchen for cooking. Of course, outside there are many eating houses too. I would recommend we hire a car between us to travel to the sea and for excursions. There are 12 places available. Cost: Full cost of retreat (not including airfares, accommodation, food or travel costs) is $1,310 A deposit of $300 holds you a space. The Balance of $1010 to be paid by 31st July. Imperia) in Northwestern Italy How to get to Dolcedo Arrive by plane to Nizza, Milan or Genova and make your way by train to Imperia. Good to know: Imperia is a city created by two towns: Oneglia and Porto Maurizio. Dolcedo, where we will be staying is closer to Porto Maurizio From the Imperia train station, there is a bus to Porto Maurizio and then a 7 km taxi ride to Dolcedo. You can also take a cab direct from Imperia to Dolcedo. Phone Taxi Imperia +39 0183 3737 Any taxi should drop you off at the “Dolcedo Parcheggio”, the village parking lot. All cars ( including rentals) must also be parked there. Your baggage will be picked up there and transported to the Molino.
