This afternoon start, some hours together working, creating space and understanding. What ever you age, the body is an intuitive companion and lwe each learn to feel and listen folding into ourselves and unfolding again. A place founded for women in 1906. It is a beautiful space of tranquility and peace. There are no yoga props so we will work differently. Can you bring a mat, a blanket and belt and a block if possible. All props avaiable at Iyoga.   Open to all women.
