Ballina Workshop

A weekend for students and teachers
Ballina Yoga Weekend Iyengar Yoga intensive with Senior teacher Caroline Coggins. $250
Friday 28 to Sunday 30 March.
Session times are Friday restorative 5.30-7.00pm; Saturday asana classes 8-10.30am and 3.00-5.00pm; Sunday asana class – 8.00-11.00am.
Teachers and trainees development session included on Friday 28 March 2.00 – 4.30pm (additional $60).
Please book and pay through Ballina Yoga
2-4 pm. A face-to-face only afternoon of practice and learning for students with some experience.
